The visitor / user agrees to provide true, accurate, valid and complete information regarding the information required by the website.
The information selected by the website is used only for the purpose it is required for and is not shared with other companies or third parties. The information the visitors/users have provided is available at the Company for replying to their booking request. If the visitor/user cancels his/her reservation, this information is stored for archiving purposes. Once visitors/users’ stay is complete, it is likely that his/her information will be used for direct ad campaigns from the Company. The Company will not sell, market, rent or release any visitors/users’ information to third parties outside the accommodation management team without visitors/users’ consent and without giving them the option.
5. Credit Card Security Transactions Information
To use the online booking form on the website www.syrabay.gr, visitors/users need to fill in their exact personal details as listed on the card. To secure their transaction, visitors/users need to use a secure browser, (Windows Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla), which supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an electronic protocol necessary for online transactions.
